Direhollow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This policy explains what information the Direhollow mobile game ("the app," "we") collects and how it is used. The website at direhollow.com itself does not set tracking cookies or collect personal information from visitors.

Information we collect

Direhollow is designed to be played without creating an account or providing personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, or contacts.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party services that process data on our behalf, including Google Analytics (anonymous usage and gameplay analytics) and Sentry (crash and error reporting). If and when a free, ad-supported version launches, Google AdMob will be used to serve and measure ads. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention & security

Analytics and diagnostic data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because the game has no user accounts and never collects your name, email, or contacts, none of this data is linked to your identity — the per-installation identifier described above lets us group events from the same install, but it identifies an app installation, not a person.

Children's privacy

Direhollow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can limit ad tracking through your device settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Removing ads via the in-app purchase also stops ad-related data collection by the advertising provider.

You may also email privacy@direhollow.com with questions about, or a request to delete, data associated with your device, subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
