Direhollow is an original work. Its code is a clean-room implementation of the rules of Rogue (1980); game mechanics are not copyrightable and carry no license obligation. Direhollow reproduces, verbatim, certain flavor-data tables from the original Rogue 5.4.4 source (the potion colors, ring gem-stones, wand woods, and scroll-title syllables).
